WELF was founded by Igor Rybakov, Oskar Hartmann and Dmitry Green, accomplished entrepreneurs with a common vision that fostering entrepreneurial leadership is key to shared prosperity.
Official starting point of WELF is the largest business conference in Russia — Synergy Global Forum 2017 where our founders, accomplished entrepreneurs Matthew Green, Igor Rybakov and Oscar Hartmann have announced the beginning of global entrepreneulization movement headed by WELF.
At the event, guiding principles of WELF were presented by the Global Charter for Entrepreneulization. Since the November 2017 the Chapter has been signed by over 500 people internationally. Today, all people that share our vision of the importance of entrepreneurship can sign the Charter online.
